Asteroids VR (Oculus ready)

Welcome to our VR prototype of the polar 'Asteroids' game. This is a small project developed by me and my fellow Sancho Muñoz developed in a weekend for the Escuela Politecnica de Cáceres 2016 fair. The prototype was displayed in the fair using Oculus Rift and we got very nice feedback.

Intro: You are in your spacesuit out from your ship after a critical failure. Your only hope it's to reach the near mining space station. Unfortunately it's too far to go there with the limited oxygen and fuel supply in your suit so you first must find the escape ship.

The scene has two stages:
-1- You must find the escape ship but beware!!. Zero G displacements are extremely difficult. You should move in short thrusts while you are extremely careful of the momentum and try to maintain situational awareness. Remember, you have a limited oxygen supply too so don't be too careful!!

-2- Finally you reached the escape ship. It was hard but you have a nice reward: unlimited fuel, oxygen, a mining gravity ray and  few missiles. All you need to do now it's to find the entry to the station dodging the asteroids.
